Our Charitable Partnership

SSC Mandarin Diamond Mining has formed a unique partnership with Re Tlameleng School, a South African government school based in the township of Galeshewe in Kimberley, Northern Cape.  The school is specialised in visual impairment and currently has 148 learners and 20 teachers.

The film project is conducted in collaboration with BonRo Studios to help equip physically disabled students with key skills in artistic expression and film making.

Our Film Project

The project entails a structured programme to equip students with practical skills in script writing, video editing and film production. Through this programme the students will be encouraged to stretch their creativity and expand their horizons in artistic expression and production. The acquired skills will be transformative in promoting personal, social and economic growth within the local community.
