The Hope Diamond: This 45.52-carat deep blue diamond is one of the most famous diamonds in the world. It was originally mined in India in the 17th century and has a storied history, including ownership by King Louis XIV of France and the Sultan of Turkey. It is currently on display at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in Washington, D.C. and is valued at over $250 million.


The Pink Star Diamond: This 59.60-carat pink diamond is the largest fancy vivid pink diamond ever graded by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). It was sold at auction in 2017 for a staggering $71.2 million, making it the most expensive diamond ever sold at auction.


The Cullinan Diamond: This massive 3,106-carat diamond was discovered in South Africa in 1905 and was the largest diamond ever found. It was cut into nine major stones and more than 100 smaller ones, with the largest two becoming part of the Crown Jewels of the United Kingdom. One of these stones, the Cullinan I, is the largest clear-cut diamond in the world at 530.2 carats.


The Wittelsbach-Graff Diamond: This 31.06-carat blue diamond was once owned by the royal families of Bavaria and Austria. It was sold at auction in 2010 for $24.3 million, making it one of the most expensive blue diamonds ever sold.


The Red Diamond: This rare 5.11-carat red diamond is one of the largest red diamonds in the world. It was discovered in Brazil in the early 1990s and is valued at over $20 million.
